By using FleetPilot (web, driver app, or parent app) you agree to these terms and your district’s transportation policies.
The mobile apps are for authorized adult drivers and parents/guardians, who must be 18 or older. Staff use the web portal. Keep login credentials confidential.
The driver and parent apps are free to use and contain no in-app purchases or subscriptions. Your school district or transportation provider holds the commercial agreement with FleetPilot.
Do not misuse location data, contact families outside the product’s rules, attempt unauthorized access, share another person’s student information, or interfere with safety operations. The transportation administrator may suspend access.
Tracking and alerts depend on GPS, networks, and dispatch data. FleetPilot supports operations; the district remains responsible for student safety and routing decisions. Never rely on the app alone for a safety-critical decision.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. We or your administrator may suspend access for policy violations or when your role with the organization ends. Questions: hello@gofleetpilot.com
